Aman, Faithful

 

Faithful. In Hebrew אָמַן, Aman. Using notes from Dior’s Homme, this lasting fragrance starts with light notes of lavender, iris, and neroli. The rich fragrance is based around the much-loved and long-lasting pure ambrette imported from India. Deep notes of oak moss and vetiver are softened with neroli, iris, and lavender. As you work through the day, the ambrette, oak moss, and vetiver bring a soft and clean luxurious warmth, an aroma that lasts all day without overpowering the wearer. Even after showering, I often catch a hint of the ambrette the next day.

"Sophisticated" is the frequent common comment I receive when wearing it. I find it very endearing. More importantly, it reminds me of His presence with me and His faithfulness to me. No matter the tragedies or triumphs of our day, His faithfulness remains. Long after we shake off the dust of the day, He is faithful.

I have come to love wearing this, and often receive compliments on the aroma, even though many will consider it a "masculine" fragrance. I love having the opportunity to share about "Faithful" with those who comment on the fragrance.
